Debbie Nightingale, along with Shain Jaffe, the Chairman of the Nightingale Company, will be at NATPE presenting the following projects:
Urban Love/Grub (13 x 30)
“Cook like no one’s watching” is the motto of Milton Barnes (The Weight, The Let’s Go Show) aka the Urban Chef, your guide to all things cool and culinary in Urban Love/Grub. Blending the worlds of music, food and dating, this new food lifestyle series mixes it up and brings “sexy back” into the kitchen.
A Christmas Tale (MOW)
Olympia Dukakis (Moonstruck, Away from Her) and Ed Asner (The Mary Tyler Moore Show) star in this holiday family feature. Dukakis plays Rose DuPrey, a retired Vegas show girl and con woman on the run from the mob, who escapes by answering a personal ad by a family looking for a new grandma.
The Shimmyshakers! (26 x 15)
The Shimmyshakers are a rock band tearing up the world of kid’s music, and about to rock the television screen in this animated/live action series for 3 to 7 year olds.
Eleanor (2 x 90)
The tale of Eleanor of Aquitaine, the audacious, brazen and beautiful Queen of both England and France unfolds in this event mini series, focusing on the early years of the monarch’s defiant life. Co-produced with Joe Media in Edmonton.
Dylan’s Dead (1 x 90)
Gail Harvey directs this road trip documentary following Michael Boland, a 17 year old poet wannabe that is seeking out his hero Bob Dylan, and the answer to the question – is poetry dead?
